Requires the cdf flight file and a file like rf03_legs.dat, with the beginning and end times (hhmmss) of each leg, and its classification (1=dn sounding, 2 = up snd, 3 = 100' leg, 4 = 5000' leg, 5 = 100' x-wind The analysis scripts are: profiles: Panels of profiles or cross-section of any field, or low-pass variance of that field (prepend 'var' to field name). flx_legs: Low-leg bulk latent, sensible heat fluxes (plus air temp, SST, qv, wind speed)...easily modifiable to do other low-level avg plots. rad_legs: Radiative fluxes and LW flux divergence at lo, hi legs pres_legs: Sea-level and 1600 m pressure, using GPS to hydrostatically correct upper level pressure to the reference height. Note allowable variables are in the file vars: UI,VI,WI = winds, ATX,MR = T[C], qv[g/kg], etc.
