jelly_fields****.nc:  Speed and divergence at 30meters from the NEP4 grid.  Grid points limited to range
        182:203E and 53:65N.  Point lats/lons included in files.  Data are weekly, April - Sept.  Time variable 
        is in seconds since 1/1/1900.   Missing data in div and speed set to -1.e34

nep4_flt_jelly3_04_edit.nc:  jelly3 release grid.  Trajectories from 04Apr15 - 04Sep01

nep4_flt_jelly3_00_edit.nc:  jelly3 release grid.  Trajectories from 00Apr15 - 00Sep20

nep4_flt_jelly3_03_edit.nc:  jelly3 release grid.  Trajectories from 03Apr17 - 03Sep18.  Note that
        the first set of floats )wasn't released Apr15 because of an initial file mismatch.


ARCHIVED:
nep4_flt_jelly1.nc::  First attempt, 2000, 500 floats * 40 release times = 20000 trajectories.
     Problem with lat/lon definitions and grid tiling caused significant numbers of floats 
     not to start.
nep4_flt_jelly1_edit.nc:: Same as above, but with only the lat/lon/depth data included.

nep4_flt_jelly3_00.nc:: 2000 trajectories, 250 floats * 40 release times
     From 15April 2000 - 1 Oct 2000.  Floats initialized as X/Y grid indices to get around ROMS
     problem of translating initial lat/lon to grid indices.  Initial run went to early Sept, restarted
     and used ncrcat to stitch the outputs together.
nep4_flt_jelly3_00_edit.nc::  Cut down version of above, only includes lat/lon/depth data.
