The records in this file are SSL values at 12 frequencies from the WOTAN
instrument mounted on the Woods Hole IMET mooring during TOGA-COARE.

There are 38,304 records, starting at 06:00:25GMT on October 21,1992,
collected at 5 minute intervals. Each line in the file contains the
following data:
Julian day; SSL values for frequencies (in order) of: 25kHz,20kHz,16kHz,
12.5kHz,8kHz,4.3kHz,2kHz,1kHz,500Hz,250Hz,100Hz,50Hz.
