Version 1.7.1 new features that allow naming of categories from file metadata when scanning THREDDS catalogs.  Some bug fixes for time handling.
Version 1.7.2 minor bug fix for irregular time axes.
Version 1.7.3 fixes the time format for <v> elements in the time axis.
