UHSLC high-frequency sampling interval data format

These files contain preliminary data that have not received final
quality control, calibration, and assessment.

The format is the high-frequency UH SEA LEVEL CENTER data format or
"TS" file. There is one file per month for each station. Each file
contains a variety of channels, which are sources of data. Among these
channels are the following possibilities:

PRD: predicted tides
ENC: ENCODER instrument
ENB: ENCODER-B instrument
SDR: analog-to-digital recorder linked to data collection platform
BUB: Bubbler
PWL: Primary Water Level from NOAA's NOS Next Generation Acoustic sensor
BWL: Backup of PWL

In the header of each month for each channel are the following important parameters:

column 7-9 : channel type -- PRD, ENC, ENB, SDR, BUB, etc
column 61-64: reference level constant -- subtract from each data value
to obtain data relative to tide staff zero. These are
               preliminary calibration constants.
column 66-67: sample rate of data (2,4,5,6,10,60 minutes typically)

Please note most files begin with predicted tides, not actual data!!!!!

              day |
       line count 20 per day for 6 min data (240 values/day, 12 values/line);
hence, this number varies with the sampling interval.

The units are in hundredths of feet with decimal implied, that is 9110 is
equal to 91.10 feet. The time is referenced to GMT.
