Notes on the quality of the p24 CFC data.

The saturations of f12 and f11 look low using measued values.
mean satf11: 0.872107
mean satf12: 0.943309

mean of 4 pts of outside air:
f11air: 287.3 +/-6.9/1.0251 (data on SIO86 Scale).
f12air: 563.65 +/- 7.48/0.98742
f11air about 8% high and f12air about 6% high.
Contributes to low saturation level.
Sfc ratio 0.45-0.5, for 1995, should have been about 0.5.

Using $data/Atm*/walker.out, the saturation.levels are:
Mean sfc satuation of f11: 0.937025
Mean sfc satuation of f12: 0.998136
Based on:  f11air = 265.8	 f12air = 533.2

Not enough samples below 2000 m run. From report:
Bottle blanks (from report) determined from test cast before and after
station samples collected.

Precision (mean of the percent deviation of 15 pairs):

f12:	1.4%
f11:	1.68% (13 pairs)

sta 10 samp 203 (500m), conc and ratio looks high. There is no apparent
O2 max.  Flag ff11 = 3, ff12 = 3

sta 17 samp 209 (100m), conc f11 a little high, so ratio a little high
	relative to surrounding points.  ff11 = 3?


sta 20, samp 113 and 202 have high ratios relative to surrounding
	points.
